Bhupesh is a highly accomplished athlete and seasoned alpine climber with over 26 high-altitude ascents, including both solo and team expeditions across the northern Indian Himalayas. His mountaineering journey began in 2006 at the age of 21, and since then, he has remained unwavering in his pursuit of some of the world’s most challenging peaks. Born on July 30, 1985, Bhupesh was inspired from a young age by a deep passion for adventure and a desire to explore the wild and untamed landscapes of the Himalayas—terrain where he has spent over fifteen years honing his expertise.

Sidhartha is a passionate and dynamic facilitator with over 25 years of experience in training and human resource development. With a track record of training over 20,000 professionals, he specializes in experiential learning and leadership development. He is certified in Facilitation Skills and Instructional Design by Dale Carnegie Inc., holds an International Diploma in Teaching and Training from City & Guilds of London, and has an Experiential Learning Certificate from Eagles Flight, Canada.

Rock Climbing, Music and Yoga Teaching are few of the things that keep him busy. Travelling and exploring since the age of 18, he is known to be a teacher with whom kids enjoy the most. Jungle and mountain trekking are the things that make him feel alive. Max has trained numerous people in rock climbing, yoga, music and corporate trainings. He has also trained govt officials like ITBP and Airforce commandos in rock climbing drills. Apart from working on his own venture, Max is also very fond of animals and spends a lot of time in animal welfare.
